About these terms #

These terms govern your use of Arclind's websites and products. Arclind is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. By accessing or using any Arclind website or product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.

In these terms, "Arclind", "we", "us", and "our" refers to Arclind. "You" and "your" refers to the person accessing or using our services.

Acceptable use #

You may use Arclind products for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our products to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content; to harass, threaten, or harm other users; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account; to scrape or harvest data without our written permission; or to impersonate any person or organisation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms, without prior notice.

Intellectual property #

Unless otherwise stated, Arclind and its licensors own all intellectual property rights for material published on Arclind websites and products. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, sub-license, reproduce, or redistribute Arclind content without explicit written permission.

User-generated content #

Some Arclind products allow you to submit or publish content. You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content to a public area of any Arclind product, you grant Arclind a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the product. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Accounts #

Some Arclind products require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@arclind.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

Cookies #

We use cookies to operate our products and improve your experience. By using Arclind products, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer #

Arclind products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability #

To the extent permitted by law, Arclind will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

Cancellation and refunds #

Digital goods sold via Arclind and its products, including subscriptions and downloadable assets, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@arclind.com within 7 days of the charge.

Third-party links #

Our products may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Links do not imply endorsement.

Governing law #

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Arclind products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to these terms #

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
